Working at RPE

We are always looking for people who want to practice imaging properly — radiologists, technologists, and the other team members who keep a practice running. Whichever role you’re interested in, the day only works when everyone gives it their best — and we’re grateful for that.

RPE is built by radiologists who run their own practices and know exactly which parts of the job they want to keep and which parts they want taken off their desk. You keep the clinical decisions, the patient contact and the identity of your practice. We take on the rest — from IT and billing to procurement, recruitment and IT security.

What you get in exchange for joining a network is scale where scale actually helps: AI tools kept current, teleradiology that spreads the load, sub-specialist second opinions a call away, and a governance structure in which clinicians hold the majority of the decision-making power.

  • Clinical freedomThe physician performing the examination decides. That is not a slogan, it is the governance model.
  • A schedule you recognisePart-time, staged and session-based arrangements are normal here, not an exception to be negotiated.
  • Technology that keeps upAI-assisted reading, modern PACS and teleradiology, evaluated and maintained at network level.
  • Colleagues within reach250+ radiologists and healthcare professionals across 30 centers, for second opinions and for company.

Nothing on the list fits? Write to us anyway.

The network is growing across Belgium, and a good number of our colleagues joined before the role they now hold was ever advertised. Tell us what you do, where you would want to do it, and what a week should look like for you. We read every one, and we answer.

Three conversations, no theatre

01

Initial conversation

A relaxed discussion about what you want from the work, and what we can and cannot offer. No panel, no case presentation — a conversation between colleagues.

02

A day in the practice

Meet the team at the centre you would join. Experience the practice, see the equipment, the caseload and the rhythm of the day for yourself.

03

A concrete proposal

Compensation, schedule, governance participation and growth, written down. Tailored to your experience — and open to discussion.
